Monday and Friday are Dance Cardio set to fun music. Tabata Tuesday is fast paced and a sweat fest.  Wednesday is waist whittle day along with dance.  Toning Thursday includes weights, bands,  body weight workout along with a bit of booty shaking.  

Fierce Fitness uses many types of music and exercises to get your body in great condition.
